Orders
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Digital downloads cannot be returned in the same manner as physical products. Please double-check your cart before moving forward with your purchase.
How will I receive my digital files?
You will receive an email with a download link after purchase. It is important that you input the correct email address when checking out. Please double-check that you have spelled your email correctly!
I didn't receive my order confirmation or download.
This often happens if the e-mail address is misspelled at checkout. Please send a message via the Contact Form so I can double-check the issue for you and ensure that your files are delivered to you.
Do you take custom orders?
I am not offering any planner customizations at the moment.
Are there differences between the 2025 planners on your website and Goodnotes Marketplace?
The planners on Goodnotes Marketplace are limited to one layout and select colours due to their platform restrictions/requirements. For the most customizability, it is recommended to purchase directly from the website or the official Etsy shop.
Troubleshooting & How-To
How do I download my planner, stickers, and covers?
Please refer to the setup video linked here for step-by-step instructions on how to download and import your planners, stickers, & covers.
Why are my files not downloading?
Please make sure you are using Safari to download all files. Google Chrome tends to cause glitches with downloading and importing. If your downloads are still not working, please kindly send a help request via the Contact Form on the website and I will be happy to assist you!
How do I use the hyperlinks?
Please make sure you have Read Only mode turned on in Goodnotes prior to tapping on hyperlinks. If your hyperlinks are not working, please kindly send a help request via the Contact Form on the website and I will be happy to assist you!
Some of my hyperlinks aren't working or stopped working.
This can happen due to momentary lag with your application and/or device, or a random glitch that occurred upon importing your file into your notetaking application.
This error can also happen as a result of linked pages being deleted from the planner and reinserted. Please do not delete any pages accidentally as this will cause hyperlinks to break and you will need to reload the entire planner.
Please first re-download the planner file and reimport it into your app to see if the issue is still occurring.
Some of my planner pages are blank or missing.
Rarely, the PDF file glitches upon importing into Goodnotes, and pages may appear blank or missing. Please try re-importing the file as this usually addresses the issue 99% of the time.
I'm getting an "Unable to Parse" error on Safari.
This error is usually fixed by refreshing the page using the Refresh icon in the URL window. If this error is still occurring, please send a message via the Contact Form and I'll be happy to assist you!
I'm getting an "Unsupported File Type" error when importing files/stickers into Goodnotes.
Reason 1: This error commonly occurs if you are trying to import a .ZIP file into your app. Make sure you've unzipped the file by tapping on it in your Files app.
Reason 2: If you are receiving this error message when importing Goodnotes Elements files, try tapping on the Goodnotes icon at the top of the share menu instead of “Open in Goodnotes” from the list of actions. For unknown reasons, choosing the icon will let you successfully import the sticker set, but not “Open in Goodnotes”.
Why are my stickers crooked in Goodnotes?
This is a known bug with the Goodnotes Elements feature. Please use the Photos tool to tap and resize your sticker, and it should snap into a straight line.
I found a typo/hyperlink error.
Oops! Despite the tens of thousands of hyperlinks being checked to the best of my abilities, there may rarely be an error that can be easily fixed and updated. If you think you may have found an error, please send me a message via the Contact Form and I'll fix it right up!
Digital Planning
How does digital planning work?
Digital planning is just like paper planning, except it is done on electronic devices such as laptops, phones, and tablets such as the iPad. It is a wonderful way to save paper, reduce desk clutter, and & keep everything in one accessible place, among other benefits. Digital planners are typically PDF files with built-in hyperlinks that allow you to jump from page to page with ease. These files are imported into notetaking/annotating applications that allow you to make use of the built-in interactivity.
Is your digital planner an app?
Our digital planners are not apps. They are PDF files with built-in hyperlinks meant to be used within notetaking applications such as Goodnotes.
Will your planner sync with my calendar app?
The content you write in your planner will not sync with any Calendar app. The calendar integration feature in the planner allows you to add events into the app using a shortcut, but no information will be synced to and from your planner and calendar app (i.e. what you write in the planner will not appear in the calendar app).
What do I need to get started?
In addition to a tablet device such as an iPad, you will need to know how to navigate and use notetaking/annotating applications such as Goodnotes, Notability, CollaNote, etc. Digital planning relies heavily on the functions and features these applications offer, so having an intermediate knowledge base of tools, shortcuts, gestures, and troubleshooting will be very handy and allow you to plan more comfortably.
If I write something on my monthly page, will it automatically show up on the weekly and daily pages?
No, what you write will not show up automatically on the corresponding planner pages! Digital planning is like paper planning except done on a tablet - you still need to write in events & tasks manually.
Calendar Integration
What is Calendar Integration and how does it work?
Calendar integration allows you add events and reminders to your calendar apps without having to leave your digital planner. This feature is often confusing at first! To illustrate its use, there is a special + ADD button on every dated page in the Good Mondays Paper digital planner. When you tap on the + ADD button on the January 1, 2025 daily page (for example), you will be able to open a New Apple or Google Calendar Event/Reminder window directly on your digital planner page with the date already set to January 1, 2025. Just simply type in the event title/details and the event will be added to your calendar application.
Will events in my Apple/Google Calendar automatically show up in my Good Mondays Paper planner and vice versa?
Please note that events do not sync between the two! Digital planners are PDF files and do not have such functions. The shortcut is simply a convenient way for you to add events and reminders to your calendar apps without having to leave your digital planner.
Will the Calendar Integration work on Android tablets?
No. The integration requires iPadOS to function as it uses the Shortcuts application.
The integration opens to the reverse date. How do I fix this?
This is likely because your iPad is set to a different region (outside North America) that uses a different date format. If you are encountering this, please send a message via the Contact page and I will provide you with an alternative shortcut that addresses this issue.
Font Installation
How do I install a font onto my iPad?
You'll need a third-party application from the App Store such as iFont. Please import the font file (.otf or .ttf) into iFont and follow the on-screen instructions in the app.
How do I turn my handwriting into a font when I write?
To use this feature, you will need to turn on Scribble in your iPad settings. Go to Settings > Apple Pencil > Toggle on Scribble. In your notetaking app (e.g. Goodnotes), select the Textbox tool, tap on the screen where you would like to write, and start writing. You will see your handwriting convert into text. To set a font style, select a font from the toolbar, adjust its size, and save it as a default style by tapping on the Textbox icon again and tapping on "Save As Default".
Compatibility
What iPad do I need to use?
It is recommended that you use an iPad model whose software is still being maintained by Apple for the best experience with digital planning. For a list of devices currently being supported on the latest software, please click here.
Can I use these with an iPhone/Mac?
The planners are best used with an iPad device due to its compatibility with Apple Pencil. However, you can still view and edit your planner on an iPhone or Mac if you use an app that supports cross-device syncing via iCloud, such as Goodnotes.
Can I use your planners on Microsoft OneNote?
These planners are not compatible with OneNote.
Can I use an Android device?
While our digital planners are optimized for the iPad, you can still find success with importing and using digital planners on Android notetaking applications such as Noteshelf and Xodo. Goodnotes also recently released the Android version of the application! However, iPad is still recommended for the best experience with our planners.
